Where do I find the Lot Number or Date Code on your Products?
USC products are stamped with a date or Lot Number for production date tracking.
Evaporated Salt Products:
Bagged evaporated salt products utilize a Lot Number system for precisely tracking production date and shift produced. The Lot Number is applied by ink jet on the bottom front of granulated salt bags and along the side and top of the pellet bags. Round cans have the Lot Number applied to the bottom of the can.
Solar Salt Products:
Bags of solar salt have the date and shift produced applied to the bottom front of the bag.
Rock Salt Products:
Bags of rock salt have the date produced applied to the bottom front of the bag. Valve pack paper bags are applied in the middle back of the bag.
